By accessing our website or enrolling in a course, you agree to the terms set out below. Please read them carefully before proceeding. 1. About Chalad Academy

Chalad Academy is an online school for AI development, operated from Bangkok, Thailand. We offer online courses in Python fundamentals, machine learning, and mentor-guided project work. Our registered address is 312 Phaya Thai Road, Thung Phaya Thai, Ratchathewi, Bangkok 10400, Thailand.

2. Use of the Website

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

3. Course Enrolment and Fees

Details of our courses and their current fees are presented on our Solutions page. All fees are quoted in Thai Baht (฿) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Fees are subject to change; the price applicable at the time of your enrolment confirmation is the price you will pay.

Enrolment is confirmed once we have received your payment and sent you a written confirmation. Until that point, no binding agreement exists between you and Chalad Academy.

4. Payment Terms

Payment methods and timing are discussed and agreed upon during the enrolment process. We will provide you with clear instructions before any payment is due. We do not store payment card details on our servers.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

We understand that circumstances change. If you need to withdraw from a course after enrolment, please contact us as early as possible at [email protected]. Refund eligibility depends on the stage of the course and will be assessed individually and fairly.

If we are unable to deliver a course due to circumstances on our side, we will offer a full refund or an alternative arrangement, at your preference.

6. Course Content and Delivery

Our courses are delivered online. Session times are agreed with each learner individually where possible, to accommodate different schedules. We make every effort to deliver sessions as planned. If a session needs to be rescheduled, we will give you as much notice as possible and find a suitable alternative time.

Course materials and resources provided during the programme are for your personal learning use only and may not be shared or redistributed without our consent.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, course materials, graphics, and design — is the intellectual property of Chalad Academy unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our express written permission. Brief excerpts may be quoted for non-commercial educational purposes with appropriate attribution.

8. Limitation of Liability

We take care to ensure our content is accurate and our teaching is of good quality. However, we cannot accept liability for outcomes that depend on your individual effort, prior knowledge, or circumstances beyond our control. Our courses are provided in good faith as an educational service.

To the extent permitted by Thai law, our total liability to you in connection with any course or service shall not exceed the fees paid by you for that specific course.
